In accordance with U.S. consumer protection laws, you have 14 days from the date of receiving your order to request a return, with no need to provide a reason or pay a penalty.

2. Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, your item must:

Be unused and unworn.
Be in its original packaging with all tags attached.
Be accompanied by proof of purchase (invoice or confirmation email).

3. Non-Refundable Items

Some items cannot be returned:

Customized or personalized straw sun hats.
Sale items, unless defective or incorrect.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is defective or there was an error on our part.

5. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Approved refunds will be processed via the original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.
Original shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error.

6. Exchanges

If you need to exchange an item for a different size, color, or style:

7. Defective or Incorrect Products

If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
